Terms of Sale

These terms and conditions  apply to all orders placed by a buyer with Juno Drinks,Hertel (the seller) and any contract thus concluded. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the application of all other terms and conditions are excluded. Also by placing your order you confirm that you are a resident of Switzerland. If your email address has been entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes after your order.

Delivery

Deliveries are limited to Switzerland only and take place by Swiss Post. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Seller does not guarantee any period of delivery. The times mentioned are purely indicative and cannot give rise to any right to the benefit of the Buyer.

Risks and liability for loss or damage to goods pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the goods to the place indicated. The Buyer agrees to inspect the goods immediately after delivery and to notify any complaint within 2 days.

If, for reasons beyond Seller's reasonable control (including but not only, the failure of its suppliers) it is found in the impossibility of delivering the goods, he is released from his obligations. Seller undertakes to reimburse any amount paid by the Buyer within 30 days following the observation of this impossibility.

Shipping Cost

Please check the shipping costs before you order. We charge a shipping fee of CHF 5- for small orders (< 5 Cans).

Return and Refund

The Buyer only has the right to return the product in the event of a defect. In order to qualify for a return, the postmark needs to show a timely return to:

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs. VAT is included in the price of all items. Rebates, discounts and other benefits are not cumulative. JUNO DRINKS,HERTEL reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment

We reserve the right to demand an advance payment. We will send you the invoice shortly after receiving your order. After receipt of payment the ordered goods will be delivered immediately. Private customers can also pay with Visa, Mastercard or Twint. In the case of non-payment of the open invoice, the total of the invoice and billing amounts can be handed over to third parties for the purpose of collection. Retention right: Until full payment, the goods remain the property of JUNO DRINKS,HERTEL.

Stock

In order to preserve the image, quality and performance of Juno Drinks,Hertel products, the Buyer undertakes to sell the products as they are delivered, the first delivered being sold first (“First In First Out” rule or FIFOs). Our stock is subject to constant change. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of the products and offers in www.juno-drinks.ch. Re-availability information will be provided to the buyer if possible.

Data Privacy

All personal data will be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business processing are stored and passed on to affiliated companies as part of the order process. Address data may also be used for advertising purposes, you may object to this use at any time.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded in this regard shall be governed by Swiss law, irrespective of the domicile of the customer or the place of delivery. The court of jurisdiction is Aargau. JUNO DRINKS,HERTEL also has the right to sue the customer at his / her place of residence.
